... A widespread hard freeze is expected again tonight...

Clear skies and decreasing winds will allow temperatures to
quickly fall this evening and remain below the freezing mark for
several hours tonight. Low temperatures in the lower to mid 20s
are expected across urban areas of western Nevada... with teens
expected for most outlying areas and colder valleys of eastern
California and western Nevada.

People need to plan accordingly for this cold weather. Temperature
sensitive plants and animals should be protected or brought
indoors. In addition... water sprinkler systems and outdoor pipes
should be wrapped... covered up... or drained to avoid damage.
