Now Showers and embedded thunderstorms continues to push through central and southern Mississippi this afternoon. Frequent lightning...gusty winds...and heavy downpours are possible in thunderstorms. Through 5 PM...rainfall totals of over an inch per hour will be possible in heavier downpours. Ponding of water on roadways and in low lying areas can be expected in heavier downpours. |
