northwestern Clackamas County in northwest Oregon...
northwestern Marion County in northwest Oregon...
western Multnomah County in northwest Oregon...
Clark County in southwest Washington...

* until 530 PM PST.

* At 319 PM PST National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
rain... heavy at times continuing across the northern Willamette
Valley and the Portland Vancouver Metro area. Rain locally heavy
at times can be expected to continue... before decreasing after
530 PM.

A few locations impacted include Battle Ground... Vancouver
... Washougal... Hillsboro... Oregon City and Portland.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Additional rainfall amounts of one half to three quarters of an inch
are expected in the warned area.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause ponding of water on
highways... streets and underpasses... in urban areas with poor or
overwhelmed drainage... and will also cause elevated levels on small
creeks and streams.
