... Areas of dense fog early this morning across portions of
the Tidewater and northeast North Carolina..

Areas of fog... locally dense... will continue early this morning
over portions of southeast Virginia and northeast North Carolina.
Expect visibilities between one quarter and one half mile from
Franklin to Suffolk to Chesapeake. A few spots will have
visibilities dropping below one quarter mile at times.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam
headlights only.

Areas of fog... locally dense... will persist through 7 am over
portions of southeastern Virginia and northeast North Carolina.
Expect visibilities between one quarter and one half mile from
Franklin to Suffolk to Chesapeake. A few spots will have
