* At 8:00 PM Sunday the stage was 14.1 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to recede... and is expected
to fall below flood stage by early Monday morning.

the Sabine River at Logansport.
* Until Thursday evening... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 5:30 PM Sunday the stage was 28.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to recede... and is expected to fall
below flood stage by early Thursday morning.

At 415 am...the National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated an area of patchy light rain and a few isolated showers extending over southeast Oklahoma and portions of northeast and deep East Texas... from Idabel...to Talco...and from Carthage...to Zavalla. Movement was to the northeast near 30 mph. Expect patchy rain and showers to increase across the area by daybreak. Isolated rainfall amounts will generally be at most a few hundredths of an inch...through 6 am.
