... Heat advisory now in effect until 9 PM CDT Sunday...

Afternoon high temperatures will climb to 100 or above today
through Sunday at most locations. Afternoon heat index values will
also reach 105 to 110. Early morning temperatures will only fall
into the mid 70s to around 80 degrees.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A heat advisory means that a period of hot temperatures is
expected. Hot temperatures and high humidity will combine to
create a situation in which heat illnesses are possible. Drink
plenty of water... stay in an air-conditioned room... stay out of
the sun... and check up on relatives and neighbors.
