Isolated thunderstorms will continue to develop to the west of the middle and lower Rio Grande Valley through 430 PM. Isolated cells will also develop along the east slopes of the Sandia and Manzano Mountains. Storm movement will be towards the east/southeast at 15 mph. Storms to the west of the Rio Grande Valley will be on the drier side but could contain rainfall amounts up to fifteen hundredths of an inch. Storms that develop along and to the east of valley will produce up to a half an inch in a short amount of time. Communities which could be affected by the storms include... Bernardo...Socorro...Willard and Clines Corners. The stronger storms to the east of the mountains will produce wind gusts up to 50 mph... hail up to half inch diameter and frequent cloud to ground lightning. Storms are not imminent for the Albuquerque area at this time but still cant rule out isolated storms between 4 to 6 PM.
