The National Weather Service in gray has expanded the

* Flood Watch to include portions of central New Hampshire and
southeastern New Hampshire... including the following areas...
in central New Hampshire... Strafford. In southeastern New
Hampshire... interior Rockingham.

* From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through Friday morning

* expect a total of 2 to 4 inches of rain to fall in the watch
area through Thursday night. Showers and thunderstorms will
continue through the day... with the flood potential increasing
as showers continue through Thursday night.

* Heavy rain from showers and thunderstorms may cause area
streams to rise quickly... with small stream and urban flooding
possible.
