the Kennebec river at Skowhegan
* from this morning until this evening.
* At 2 am this morning the flow was... 23335 cfs and rising.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood flow is 35000 cfs.
* The river will continue rising to near 36000 cfs by this afternoon. The river
will fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
