* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage
tomorrow or tomorrow evening.
* Impact... at 32.0 feet and falling... roads that remain flooded this
evening will see the water recede off of them over the next 24
to 36 hours.
