... Winter Storm Warning in effect from 6 am Saturday to 6 am MDT
Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Winter Storm
Warning for heavy snow and wind for the western Magic Valley and
southern Twin Falls County... which is in effect from 6 am Saturday
to 6 am MDT Sunday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect.

An early season winter storm will bring the first round of snow
to the area Saturday morning through Sunday morning. Total snowfall
accumulations of 2 to 5 inches in the valleys and 5 to 9 inches in
the mountains are likely early Saturday morning through Sunday
morning. On Saturday... northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph with gusts
to 30 mph may develop... causing reduced visibilities in blowing
and drifting snow.

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow... are
expected or occurring. Strong winds are also possible. This will
make travel very hazardous or impossible.
