the Cedar Creek at Bussey.
* Until further notice... or the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 27.9 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
late Wednesday morning.

... Flood Warning extended until late Thursday night... the Flood
Warning continues for
the Des Moines River at Tracy.
* Until further notice... or the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 15.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 16.0 feet by
after midnight. The river will fall below flood stage
Thursday morning.

... The Flood Warning remains in effect until 100 am CDT for small
streams in southeastern Marion County...

At 1001 PM CDT law enforcement continued to report flooding along
the English and Cedar creeks in southeastern Marion County. Flooding
from this mornings heavy rains... have pushed water in these creeks
out of their banks... and inundated several roads in the area. This
includes flooding over Highway 5... which is closed from Highway 92
just south of Knoxville... to the Monroe and Marion County line.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or has been reported.
Stream rises will be slow and flash flooding is not expected.
However... all interested parties should take necessary precautions
immediately.

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely. Move to higher ground.
