The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has expanded the

* Flood Watch to include portions of Illinois... southeast Iowa
and northeast Missouri... including the following areas... in
Illinois... Bureau... Carroll... Hancock... Henderson... Henry IL...
Jo Daviess... McDonough... Mercer... Putnam... Rock Island...
Stephenson... Warren and Whiteside. In southeast Iowa... Des
Moines... Henry IA... Jefferson... Keokuk... Lee... Louisa... Van
Buren and Washington. In northeast Missouri... Clark and
Scotland.

* From 10 PM CDT this evening through Sunday afternoon

* 1 to 2 inches of rain is expected tonight through Sunday
morning. Locally higher amounts are possible. This could bring
renewed river flooding... and possibly isolated flash flooding
to the watch area.

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts. Monitor later forecasts and take action if a
Flood Warning is issued or flooding develops.

... Wind Advisory in effect from 2 am to 6 PM CDT Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a Wind
Advisory... which is in effect from 2 am to 6 PM CDT Sunday.

.Northeast winds are expected to increase after midnight and
reach sustained speeds of 25 to 35 mph. Winds gusts of 45 to 50
mph will be possible. The wind will become more northerly by
Sunday morning and shift to the northwest by Sunday afternoon.

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 30 mph or greater are
expected... which can make driving difficult... especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution if you are traveling.
