Lake Wind Advisory
Statement as of 9:29 am EDT on May 9, 2008

... Lake Wind Advisory in effect until 7 PM EDT this evening...

The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a lake
Wind Advisory... which is in effect until 7 PM EDT this evening.

Southwesterly winds ahead of a cold located across southeast
Alabama and southwest Georgia will become gusty late this morning
and afternoon. Sustained winds around 20 mph with gusts up to 30
mph will occur throughout the late morning and afternoon hours.
These winds will be slightly higher on area lakes.

A lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
