Tropical storm conditions possible with hurricane conditions also possible. A slight chance of rain and isolated thunderstorms in the morning...then rain and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs 73 to 76. Some thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall in the afternoon. East winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts to around 30 mph increasing to 15 to 35 mph with gusts to around 50 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain near 100 percent.
