Now Through midnight...scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to move east at 25 to 30 mph from the Gulf waters through southern portions of Mainland South Florida into the Atlantic waters. The activity will remain south of The Alligator alley. Wind gusts up to 35 mph...lightning strikes...and locally heavy rainfall will accompany the thunderstorms. If you see lightning or hear thunder...move inside until the storms have passed by. Mariners can also expect higher seas in and near the showers and thunderstorms. |
