Forecast as of 6:32 PM EDT on July 9, 2009

Now
Through 830 PM EDT (730 PM cdt)...thunderstorms and showers continue to affect the eastern Panhandle of Florida particularly southern Walton and Bay counties. The short term focus will be across Thomas and Brooks County Georgia and these storms have the potential to move into Jefferson and Madison counties in Florida...although at this point it seems unlikely that it will remain severe if it makes it that far.
