Freeze Warning
Statement as of 2:22 PM MDT on May 10, 2008

... Freeze warning in effect from midnight tonight to 8 am MDT
Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a freeze
warning... which is in effect from midnight tonight to 8 am MDT
Sunday.

Low temperatures tonight across northeastern Colorado will mainly
be in the upper 20s to lower 30s. Many locations will see
temperatures slightly below freezing for a few hours.

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive outdoor vegetation. If possible... move plants indoors
to protect them from the cold. Otherwise cover them with
newspapers or blankets.
