Offshore winds will bring very dry conditions to the interior
portions of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. Humidity
levels are expected to lower to the single digits on Monday... and be
even more widespread on Tuesday. There is the potential that these
conditions could exceed critical duration criteria. Therefore a Fire
Weather Watch has been issued.
