The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a
* flood advisory for
the Arkansas River at Little Rock.
* Until Friday evening.
* At 8:00 am Thursday the stage was 11.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to near 13.2 feet tomorrow early
afternoon.
* Flow rates will be over 150000 cubic feet per second today and
increasing to near 175000 by tomorrow morning.
