At 953 PM CDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles northeast of
Abbeville to 7 miles south of Enterprise... moving southeast at 25
mph.

These storms will be near...
Newton by 1000 PM CDT.
Pinckard by 1010 PM CDT.
Midland City by 1015 PM CDT.
Headland by 1020 PM CDT.
Kinsey by 1030 PM CDT.
Slocomb by 1035 PM CDT.

Winds 40 to 50 mph are expected with these storms.

This storm is capable of producing torrential downpours which may
cause localized flooding of streets and low lying areas... and is also
producing nearly continuous cloud to ground lightning. Move indoors
immediately! Lightning is one of natures number one killers.

struck by lightning.
