the Tombigbee river near Coffeeville dam

* at 8am Thursday the stage was 29.0 feet
* minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast
* flood stage is 29.0 feet
* the river will continue rising to near 29.7 feet by tomorrow early afternoon.
The river will fall below flood stage Saturday early afternoon.
At 29.0 feet, pastureland in the area will become flooded and livestock need to
be moved to higher ground.
