Low clouds, rain, and fog is over much of the eastern half of the Kuskokwim Delta this morning with heaviest rain from Kuskokwim Bay northward. Possibly some rain and or snow with fog out west as temperatures there remain at or just above freezing. The trend will be more of the same through the day with temperatures warming into the mid and upper 40s and east to southeast winds in the 10 to 15 miles an hour range.
