Synopsis For Northern California Waters
High pressure offshore interacting with lower pressure inland will maintain moderate to strong north winds through tonight. As the high builds across the northern waters Friday...winds north of Cape Mendocino will ease. The strongest winds and the steepest seas will remain over the southern waters through much of the period...where the difference in pressure holds strongest.
