Synopsis For The Southern Oregon Coastal Waters
High pressure offshore and a thermal low pressure inland will produce moderate north winds across the waters again today. The strongest winds and highest seas will occur south of Cape Blanco and beyond 10 nm offshore. High pressure is expected to weaken by Friday leading to diminished winds and seas.

N wind 15 to 25 kt becoming N 10 to 20 kt after midnight. Wind waves 4 to 7 ft... subsiding to 3 to 5 ft after midnight. Mixed swell NW 3 ft at 8 seconds and S 2 ft at 16 seconds. Patchy fog after midnight.
