A low pressure trough from Point Hope south will move northeast to lie along the Arctic coast by 3pm today...then persist. A 991 mb low in the northern Bering Sea will move to eastern Norton Sound as a 989 mb low by 3pm today and then move inland. A second low will develop in the southwest Bering Sea today and become a strong low in the northern Bering by 3pm Tue.
