North of a line 28s 120w 28s 130w 29s 150w 29s 160w 25s 165w: easterly 25kt. Poor visibility in rain within 60 miles of front 31s 173w 37s 172w 42s 174w moving eastsoutheast 20kt. Within 420 miles east and southeast of front: northeast 25kt, with gale as warning 095, and heavy northerly swell. Outlook following 72 hours: large high 39s 151w extends ridges eastnortheast, northwest and southeast, all moving east. Easterly 20kt to 30kt north of 30s, with heavy swells at times. Westerly 30kt to 40kt southeast of high. Low 46s 171w moving southeast, extending trough northeast to 40s by 070000z. Clockwise 25kt to gale around low, becoming northwest 25kt to gale between trough and high by 070000z, tending southwest west of trough.
