Synopsis For Lower Atchafalaya To High Island Tx Out 60 Nm Dolly will continue to weaken over the Rio Grand Valley of south Texas today...with winds and seas gradually subsiding late this afternoon into the evening hours. For the remainder of this morning into the early afternoon hours...gusty winds and high seas along with numerous showers and thunderstorms will continue across the coastal waters. High pressure will rebuild over the northern Gulf on Friday with light winds and seas expected through the weekend.
