Synopsis For High Island To Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 Nm Moderate onshore flow will persist tonight in response to surface low pressure over North Texas. Winds will diminish somewhat Monday through Tuesday as a surface front stalls over southeast Texas. Light to moderate onshore flow will persist over the waters through Thursday. Winds will decrease further at the end of the week as high pressure develops over the waters.
