| Synopsis For The Middle Texas Coastal Waters Large swells generated from both a low pressure area in the western Gulf of Mexico and from Tropical Storm Ida will continue to affect the coastal waters through Wednesday. Swells will end on Thursday and Friday. Moderate to strong offshore flow will persist through Wednesday as high pressure continues to work south across the waters. As the high pressure area shifts east on Thursday and Friday...onshore flow will develop. |
