A complex low pressure system will remain south of the Maritimes through Sunday. Strong to gale force southeasterlies are expected tonight over most waters south of Nova Scotia. Easterly gales are expected to spread into Cabot Strait and Gulf-Magdalen Sunday morning.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for Eastern Shore..Sable..east scotian slope..fourchu..Cabot Strait..and Gulf-Magdalen.
