West winds will increase behind a cold front overnight. The
strongest winds will occur through midday Monday with only a
slight improvement Monday afternoon and evening. Winds will
frequently gust to around 40 kt. Seas will average 6 to 9 feet away
from shore with seas 4 to 6 ft near shore early but the west winds
will tend to decrease the near shore seas as the night wears on.
